Mission Statement
Chicago Children’s Center for Behavioral Health (Chicago Children’s Center) is a compassionate and dedicated team of behavioral health professionals including physicians, nurses, counselors, therapists, teachers, and support staff. It is our mission to heal children and adolescents with behavioral health needs with an understanding that each child has a unique condition and set of circumstances. With a child, family, and community focus, we develop individualized solutions to meet their needs. We work closely with families and the child’s community to guide and nurture enduring healing and compassionate care.

Vision Statement
It is Chicago Children’s Center’s vision to become the most effective, compassionate, and safest program for children and adolescents with behavioral health needs in the region. We will accomplish this through extraordinary clinical skills, excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu. Our physicians, nurses, counselors and therapists will listen closely to the child and the family and support people involved in their lives to determine the unique needs of each patient. All Chicago Children’s Center team members will excel at customer service and this will be remarkable the moment a patient or other customer steps onto our unit. Our sincere compassion and willingness to help will not only have a positive effect on the patients and visitors, but will also create an extraordinarily affirmative work environment. The efforts of our team members to help create successes for the patients and their families will be recognized and appreciated on a consistent basis.

• We treat children and adolescents, ages 3-18
• We partner with agencies throughout the Chicago area and Illinois to ensure a continuity of care for the children and adolescents we assess and treat.

Our partnership with Resurrection Health Care
Chicago Children's Center is proud of its partnership with Resurrection Health Care. We provide assessment and referral and child and adolescent inpatient services at Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center at the Saint Elizabeth campus.

Resurrection Health Care Chicago is a not-for-profit corporation sponsored by the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth and the Sisters of the Resurrection. They both offer comprehensive health care services at over 100 locations. They provide inpatient behavioral health services for adults at several locations and outpatient behavioral health for children, adolescents, and adults.
