Chicago Children's Center for Behavioral Health provides free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, such as:

  • HlPAA-compliant Marttiā„¢ (My Accessible Real-Time Trusted Interpreter) technology, with instant access to medica l interpreters in more than 250 languages, with nearly 60 available on live video, including American Sign Language. This is a mobile unit.
  • In-person American Sign Language interpreters through the Chicago Hearing Society.
  • Written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats)
  • Provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as: Arabic, Chinese, Korean, Polish, Spanish, etc.
  • Qualified interpreters through Language Line in 20 of the most widely spoken languages.
  • Information written in other language(Spanish and Polish)
